The Great Mother
“Do you, O Lady (Bhavani) `extend to me, your slave, a compassionate glance: -
when one desiring to praise you utters the words “You, O Lady” (which also
means, May I be You”) at that moment, you grant him a state of identity with
you, with your feet illuminated by the crests of Mukunda (Visnu), Brahma, and Indra."
During the time of Kali Yuga, our world has experienced much suffering
in the hands of cruel people. During this Yuga, according to Tantra, people are three
parts evil(75%) and one part(25%) good, all this came about when we failed to worship
the Goddess of the home, and instead suppresses her due to fear of her strength.
Over time women have forgotten who they are, have forgotten their true
nature, and have forgotten the importance of their part in the Dance of Life. For the well-being
of the world today and for generations to come, we need women to regain their
true place on Earth.
It is time that we visualize the form of Mother and have it Imprinted in our
hearts. We must also imagine that we too live in Shakti’s heart, and be part of
the bliss of consciousness. To realize this we must first see the image of
Shakti
in all women, and learn to worship Her as Shakti.
At the same time, I am not asking all men to worship and be controlled by women
who do not want to change, but use Spirituality or Para-Tan to serve their
short-term goal. With them, see them as Shakti in the making and wait for them to
change without becoming their slaves, or miss lead by them.
Tantra says that mother and father are the first gods we come to recognize.
Para-Tan,
Tantra and Vedas places mother first, before father, in the same way a Tantrika
looks at God as Mother.
There is no one more loving than a mother. We feel free before our Mother and do
not fear her in the least, nor are we shy in her presence. When fear grips, a child
cries “ma or Mother”, goes, and hugs her. When we are with our Mother, we do not
have any sense of shame, fear or negative emotions.
A mother’s love is very special; it is unshakable and absolute. A mother loves
her child with all her heart, no matter how he or she behaves. She does not
mind if she or he has any affection for her.
We clutch to our mother from the very moment we are born. We are formed of
her life, from her body, from the food she eats, and with the air she breathes. From
the time she feeds us with her blood, bones, and breath to the time she makes us
breakfast and sends us to school, we are dependent on her from the moment of
conception.
It is within our childhood that our mother’s love is the most intense. However loving
the mother who carries us in her womb from conception to birth, our connection with
her is not ever
lasting. It is inevitably severed when she dies or we die. In different births we
are born to different mothers. The Great Mother is not merely the mother of the
body that perished but of the imperishable life or soul- self, protecting us here
and hereafter.
The great Mother nourishes not only our body but also our life. It is she who
fosters knowledge and makes us aware of Atman.
By extension it is logical to consider that we must adore the mother of our present birth as God,
we must worship Param Atman as Mother since Param Atman is the cause of all
birth and at the same time the cause of the cessation of our birth.
Worshiping the Shri Chakra
Over the years Mother Kali has manifested herself through the vehicle of our Master’s speech.
She has made Her desire clear: to help the children of the world find harmony, thus bringing
harmony to her womb, Mother Earth. To make this possible, women must first
regain their inner strength and become Divine Mothers of the Earth. Shakti gave
Her
blessing to Shri Param in the form of Para-Tan, and continues to manifest
through him in the loving resonance and presence of his voice, through which She
provides profound healing to the world. Para Tan Sound Healing Therapy is
Shakti-pata. When Kali looks directly into the soul of Shri Param's students She
removes obstacles from their mind and body. Para Tan Sound Healing Therapists see the human body as the Shri Chakra
and use the mantras of
the Goddess who reside within it to activate the divine energies of the Shri
Chakra within. Mother Kali works through Shri Param, giving his students the
blessing of her power to heal themselves and training others to activate their
own inner divinity so the loving vibration of the Goddess ripples and cascades
throughout Mother Earth.
In the human body, there are tiers of 43 triangles, shaped like a cone, and
forming a circle round a central dot or Bindu. Just as there are fortresses of
five, seven and so on encircling the mulasthana of a temple, so is our body, a
temple. There are numerous deities in the avaranas or enclosures within our
bodily Sri Chakra. Mother Kamesvari in the form Rajarajesvari is seated to the
left of Kamaesvara on the Bindu, adored by all the deities in the enclosure.
Worshiping the World Mother has been sung and worshiped in her form of
Lalitambika by many sage and many great poets. She has many other forms too like
Durga, Kali, Annapurnesvari and Bhurvanesvari.
The World Mother as Lalita is worshiped as Rajarajesvari, Kamaksi, Kamesvari and
Tripurasundari according to the SriVidya Tantra. Lalita is the supreme deity of
Srividya.
Paramatman or Brahman, in its feminine form as Mother has been worshiped from
Vedic times. Vedic hymns like the Srisuktam, the Durgasuktam, the Ratrisuktam
and the Devisuktam have praised the Divine Mother.
Sundaryalahari –Sundaryam means beauty. Lahari means a flow, a wave; it is also
understood as a big wave or as a billow. When worshiping her in the correct way
one can experience a big wave of energy.
Sri Param Eswaran is as humble, and as modest, as he is intellectually eminent
and spiritually great. He does not claim that he has risen to the heights of
devotional fervor and that his work is the only path. He just works with all, in
a playful and loving way. Unlike many Guru’s he walks his talk, as his ways are
transparent for all to see. Neither does he speaks much about what he knows, but
keep poring out information as the need arises, like water out of a tap.
Longing for The Goddess and God is the quintessence of devotion. So long as man
is solely engrossed with worldly values, the pursuit of pleasure and power,
longing for God will not germinate in his or her mind. Even faith of a genuine
nature is impossible one of that outlook. The nature of that divine longing,
absorbs the whole being, is a state of mind called Bhakti or divine love.
Wherein all moments of thoughts go automatically to the lotus feet of the Divine
Mother and sticks to them for ever, just as the seeds of the Ankola tree on
falling gravitate to the parent plant, the iron needle to the magnetic bar, the
devoted wife to her husband, and husband to his wife, the creeper to the tree,
and the river to the ocean.
What is Amba Like? If she is the embodiment of beauty, she is also the
embodiment of love. She is indeed love that is beauty. Sugar imparts sweetness
to any dish. Similarly, whatever beautiful objects you see and whenever you see
them, the basic ingredient of all that beauty is derived from Amba, she is
indeed the matrix of all beauty. She is Sakti, the power of the Brahman, and
hers is beauty that is full and entire.
Amba is the fountain of all beauty and beautiful things are beautiful because
they are tinged with her beauty. With my work, using Amba’s name has transformed
the looks of many
There are two extremely easy ways of grasping the Divine Mother, chanting her
names repeatedly and meditating her form. These two are together called
“nama-rupa” To keep muttering the name of Amba does not take any effort. The
second easy way is to have darshan of an auspicious image of a deity with our
outward eye (physical eye) or with our mind-eye. Great men and women see before
their physical-eye divine forms as a living reality. We are able to see with our
outward eye only deities carved in stone, that it is idols and so on. It is only
with our mind eye that we can picture to ourselves deities as living realities
moving about in our midst. Even an idol is a living entity since life is
instilled into it at the time of its installation.
Therefore, by going to the temple and having darshan of the deity in it we
become enchanted by the idol and without any effort on our part keep thinking of
the Mother. Most temple in India is not focused on meditation and silence,
whereby one can have peaceful darshan with the Great Mother.
To help install The Divine Mother in the minds and hearts of all, we are in the
process of planning, to build a Srichakra temple. To begin the project we have
started a meditations center where the Maha Vidyas and the Planets will be
installed.
Planetary Temple
The Great Mother also known as Parasakthi is ruling all the jeevas in the
universe. The Universe is under the control of the five elements of Pancha
Bootha Philosophy. All jeevas are having destined purpose and different from one
another. In the Janana Jivatham, the birth of a human is very rare and
monumental. Born to realize the self and the spirit of the almighty great to put
an end to future birth.
Mind is the instrument to run the body to act and over act. The vibrating
planets control it. Each one is with a purpose of individualistic egoistic
nature, and in the world stage, all are actors and actress playing out their
part. The placements of the planets determine the role one plays. When it is
placed in Dhosha bhavas, the role one plays will be very difficult, and when in
a good placement the best roles are available. We will offer special Agni Homa
each day according to the times of the different planets, to help reduce the
effect of the Dhosha. Here all the children of the Great Mother can do their own
puja, with our assistance
At our temple in India, priest will do the puja along side priestess. It will be
a temple, which will honor women as Divine Mother.
Our Master has been known to worship the human form as the Divine Mother, and
the puja has been known to take about 10 hours. Students who attend the Tantra
Teacher Training have seen him perform part of the puja which took him more then
2 hours, and those who attend the 2004 Tantra Teacher Training will see a much
fuller puja. This puja have been only done a few time in the past, since the
days when Yoni Tantra flourished.
Many of your who have seen our Master work will notice that this is not just a
simple puja preformed by an ordinary man, but it must come from the grace of the
divine. Many have used charka sounds and Sanskrit syllables to activate the
chakra, but no one has used the SriCakra to worship another human. When our
Master visited the Netherlands he had more to share, but due to the games played
by some, he had to abstain from sharing the knowledge to its fullest. When the
games were over, then time did not permit, except for a few of us who had the
privilege of experiencing new healing methods that served special healing
requirement. It was a pure act of grace and love, whereby even the Divine
Goddess descended to be part of the loving moment. This has not been the first
time that we have experienced such a feast, for many have experienced overtone,
and sometime Spiritual Guides and Goddess singing with the crowd, and sometime
only temple bells.
April 2004
Our Master is now in India, seeking the blessing of Mother Meenachi. It is a
very special fortnight in Madurai Meenachi Temple, celebrating her wedding to
Lord Sundraswara another name for Lord Shiva.
As of April 29, 2004, our center in India was official opened, during which
period four priest from Mother Meenachi temple will perform the first Agni Homa
in the Meditation hall, which will also be the main hall of teaching for those
wanting to be a Tantrika or a Para-Tan Sound Healing Teacher.
I was with my last teacher for many years, and was going around the same circle,
of feeling good and then into a state of no good enough. When I met Sri Param
Eswaran, I realize that being wrong is ok, as long as I am ready to learn from
it, and it is not necessity to feel not good enough for all humans are beautiful
souls, and growth is the only answer to all our weakness.
He is very forgiving, and a master of calmness, under any circumstances he is
very still and loving. I know two women who created lots of trouble during the
teachers training, a normal human would reacted and broke all ties with them,
but he was still exceedingly affectionate towards them, but unfortunately one
repeated the same while he was here in the Netherlands, for she too enjoys the
story of not being good enough.
Over the year, our Master tried very hard to make her feel worthy, not knowing
her place she wanted him to accept her as teach by his side, is like saying
Mother Kali to do so. Our Master channels the Mother, as such, it is impossible
for anyone to teach along side of him even if he loves too offer the opportunity
to help one grow. This he wanted for her. One can help him teach, this he has
always offered her, and every time she has let him down because of her own ego.
He does not respect people who abuse children or teacher who want respect
without first earning it. How can one serve the Divine Mother when one does not
see all women as Goddess even if she is only a child? Beating ones daughter is a
sin.
