The Mahavidya School for Little Goddess of Tamil Nadu, South India –inspired by the work of Shri Param Eswaran, the Father of Para-Tan and Master of the Living Goddess Tradition, the Mahavidya School is being created by Sri Devanayagi Parameswaran. The purpose of the school is to give a safe, loving environment for the next generation of Mothers in India. “We believe that when we empower women, we heal families and communities”~ (Shri Param Eswaran).

The School Project intends to allow young girls gain the tools and confidence to bless their families and communities with the Grace and Love of the Divine Mother, as Living Goddesses. For when a Mother is Divine, the home is heaven. At the Mahavidya Girls School, the children will receive an education that is nurturing for their body, mind and spirit.

Shri Param Eswaran, the founder of the Inter Faith Charitable, the Father of Para-Tan Healing and the Living Goddess Tradition, is traveling all over the world to share the teachings of the Divine Mother and Para-Tan Sound Healing. As Shri Param Eswaran will be traveling for the next two years, the Mahavidya Temple will be available as an interim school for the Mahavidya Girls School. The school will make a difference in the way children are educated in Madurai District.

The lecture rooms become classrooms suitable for young inventive children to explore, and grow. Each classroom will cater for 12 children, with the same teacher until they reach year 6. From year 7 to 12 the classroom the children will be taught by specialized teacher, i.e science teacher, mathematic , art ect.

By July 2010 we will start with kindergarten. Kindergarten will focus on developing social, imaginative play based learning for children from 3 to 6 years old which will make learning for them a joyful adventure rather than a memorizing task without any practical implementation of theory.

The Mahavidya Girls School will provide not only an educational setting for the children, but also a nurturing, warm, safe and loving environment. Because the young children will spend so many hours a day in a setting other than their own homes, it is important to put an emphasis on creating harmonious surroundings that will nurture their developing personalities. They would like to attract India dance, music and yoga teachers to the center for the children, so that they can expand their perception of their rich Indian heritage and culture.

In 2004, Sri Devanayagi started the project and raised a total of about 2500 euro with a letter sent out to her friends. That was enough to buy chicken cows and partly pay for the building of the sheds. To help the project to get started Shri Param paid for the rest. With some more donations from friends in Holland she has been able support 2 boys in college and provides school fees, books, uniforms and clothes for an additional 6 children. So far, Sri Devanayagi has been educating, supporting and feeding local village children in an informal manner sharing with them a different view on healthy eating, cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, she let them participate in planting trees, harvesting corn, keeping the property clean and in the cooking; the children had a great time doing so.

When Shri Param first settled on the outskirts of Killankulum in 2003, he did so with the intention of helping empower the youngsters of the next generation by educating them to grow and better themselves and therefore be better equipped to make a difference in their communities and someday pass on their education-born privileges to their own children. However, after four years of spending countless hours, rupees, and resources educating, clothing, feeding, and exposing local village children to the many options available, he noticed a re-occurring pattern preventing them from truly receiving the benefit of all that he and his divine Goddess Sri Devanayagi provide and share with them. The local children have families in the nearby village and inevitably feel their true home is with their families in the village. The un-hygienic practices and collective thinking of village life prevent the children at IFC from making changes necessary to make themselves eligible for opportunities outside of the limited options available to people of their tribe and caste. Shri Param’s conclusion is: In order for the children to receive the most benefit at IFC, they must make IFC their true home and sever old ways of thinking and behaving. This gives space for them to develop and embrace new, empowering behavior and thinking, really receive the support available and make strides ahead in intellectual and spiritual growth.

Now, with the present project she has made it more formal in establishing the first Mahavidya Girls School.

For this project to successfully run, the amount that they hope to raise is about US $102, 415, for the first phase of the project.
In hand, they have US $10,000, partly from Sri Devanayagi's 2-year old daughter's savings.

By the end of 2010, they would like to complete building the first phase of the Mahavidya Girls School for village children so that they are given the gift of body, mind and spirit nurturing education. THE CHILDREN NEED YOUR HELP!

Founded by the Father of Para-Tan Healing and Master of the Living Goddess Tradition Shri Param Eswaran

Shri Param Eswaran, of Tamil origin, has shared his teachings with thousands of people over the past 33 years both in India and in the West. In their various transformational retreats at The IFC Temple of Divine Love, they provide a loving, open space for you to explore your own deepest being, discover your passions and inner truths and heal the wounds that stop YOU from living fully and to integrate these discoveries into YOUR life.

The founder of Inter Faith Charitable and The Mahavidya Educational Trust, the Father of Para-Tan Healing and the Living Goddess Tradition, Shri Param Eswaran is as humble, and as modest, as he is intellectually eminent and spiritually great. He is a Master Healer, Speaker and Channel for The Divine Mother to share with you the sciences of The Living Goddess Tradition. Shri Param received his gift naturally from a very young age, which has led to his continuous communication with Divine Mother. He learned to interact with the Goddess through pure consciousness to learn, heal and love.

Shri Param uses his natural intuitiveness and all his Senses for continued understanding of the Universal processes in relations to humans and how to serve their betterment. He has dedicated himself to share this knowledge, these gifts in an effort to assist in the Awakening process and healing of others.

What is Para-Tan? Para-Tan recently gained international recognition for being the most powerful, accessible, and effective tool available today for deep and complete mind-body-spirit healing. It accesses the body’s own healing wisdom awakening the primordial power of the Divine Mother within both men and women. The powerful sounds of Para-Tan penetrate the body on a cellular level, going even deeper to the soul. Para-Tan promotes the teachings of Inter Faith Tantra, the passage to perfection, happiness and Love abundance. “When we speak of Tantra, we only promote the spiritual aspect of Hindu Tantra, for those who want to be ready for the Dawn of the next Yuga (Era).”

Sri Devanayagi Parameswaran, (an intensive care nurse by training), is a co-founder of The Mahavidya Temple in South India and the Mahavidya School, and a strong advocate of the Living Goddess Tradition. In addition to her Children of India projects, she provides sound healing sessions and sangeetham lessons, leads the Shri Chakra puja and fire rituals in India. In her search to connect with the Divine, she met Shri Param Eswaran during his visit to the Netherlands in 2003. Inspired by his work, she attended the first Tantra Teacher Training, August 21, 2003, and then again for the 2004 training. Now in love with the center, the children and the training she has decided to make India her home.

As Devanayagi is from Holland (The Netherlands), her latest work is posted at http://tantric-goddess.org/devanayagi.html . She is a household name in the villages and is known for her warmth and generosity. The children call her Teacher; the villagers call her Amma (mother).

A letter from Sri Devanayagi Parameswaran:

Salutations my divine friends. With the Blessing of the Divine Mother this July, we will be giving a new beginning to 12 Little Village Goddesses. Each year thereafter we hope to start 2 more classrooms that will cater to 24 students. We like to help more children but since we depend on one person’s income, we have our limitations. You can help change this by helping to give a new beginning to more children by sponsoring them.

This July we are starting the Mahavidya School using our center. The five spacious rooms will be free since our Master has decided to tour for the next two years to raise funds by offering workshops and intensives in Australia, the United States and Italy.

The funds can come either by donations or by hosting sound healing workshops in your local area. To host a workshop all that one has to do is find a venue and 12 participants for each workshop. A vegetarian household can provide accommodation for Shri Param Eswaran while being your guest. Our master so far has invitation to Melbourne Australia, Harrison Maine, United States, and Italy.

Through corporate and individual sponsorships and by hosting sound healing workshops in your area, you will help spread the teachings of the Living Goddess Tradition, and at the same time help fund the school project, thus helping village children that have been forgotten.

Let us together help bring new opportunities to the forgotten Village Children.

May the Divine Mother cradle you in Her Love and Light.” Namaste

"Love is like the fire; it glow is devotion, its flame is wisdom,
its smoke is attachment, and its ashes detachment.
When love’s fire produces its flame it illuminates the soul".
